Recently, Yahoo published a very cool article called Pig Blood, Avocados, Irish Moss: The Strange Ingredients of Summer’s Tastiest Cocktails. The story featured 10 inventive cocktails from across the country where the creative use of ingredients not only avoided sacrificing flavor or drinakbility, they made for delicious, unique beverages you can't find anywhere else. The NY Post liked these cocktails enough to run their own version of the story.
