Ace/Steuben's chef, Brandon Biederman, Ace bar manager, Randy Layman, and Ace/Steuben's manager, Doc Noe, will once again be participating in Harvest Week - 5 days of pop-up dinners put on by Denver's network of local, independent restaurants - EatDenver. This Year, Ace will be appearing at the GrowLove: Buddha's Vegetarian Delight dinner taking place this coming Wednesday, September 24th. Mr. Layman will provide beautiful Asian-inspired drinks during a cocktail hour complete with passed appetizers, followed by 3 courses (SE Asian, Korean & Japanese, and South Asian - aka Indian) as well as dessert from Linger & Root Down.
