New Spring & Summer Menu Items

Earlier this spring, Chef Biederman and bar manager Randy Layman began running dinner and drink specials - a great opportunity to test out new menu ideas. Well, after a little bit of tweaking and a little bit of adjusting, we are proud to present our new menu additions for Spring and Summer- delicious new treats such as the Seared Tuna Salad, Vietnamese Noodle Bowl, and a wonderful beverage honoring the Year of the Snake (all three pictured below).
